Overview: Reefsteamers invites you to come along and spend the day with us, enjoying our wonderful nostalgic old steam trains and a day out for the whole family that doesn’t involve highways, stress, hurry and traffic jams.

Fees: R180 per adult, R120 for children aged four to 12 and no charge for kiddies under four.
Facilities: Reefsteamers have a kitchen car on the train which sells light refreshments. There is also a lounge and bar car which is fully licensed. Lunch can be had at the Magaliesburg Country Hotel at your own cost, or you can have a lovely picnic or braai at the picnic site down at the station area.
Where are we: Reefsteamers are based in Germiston, Gauteng. All our day trips run from Maraisburg station to Magaliesburg and return.
