Overview: The Durban Natural Science Museum is the most utilized natural science museum in South Africa. Marvel at our ‘creepy crawlies’, magnificent birdlife (the third largest collection in Africa) and the Big Five.

Tours of the Durban Natural Science Research Centre are available to the general  public on Fridays at 12.30.

Groups: Schools groups welcome. Phone to book a tour to the Durban Natural Science Museum Research Centre on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am & 12pm.
